Guest uploads
To add photos as a guest, open the full invite link you received (it includes a code after /join/). If a link does not work, ask the album host to resend it. Guest upload pages are served at join.getpicme.app.
Account and subscriptions
PicMe app users can manage albums, storage usage, and subscriptions in the iOS app. Subscription billing and refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's policies.
Reports and moderation
To report inappropriate content or abuse, use in-app reporting where available or contact support@getpicme.app with the album or link details. We review reports and may remove content or restrict access in line with our policies.
