Account help

If you need help signing in, managing albums, storage usage, or subscriptions, email support@getpicme.appwith the email address linked to your PicMe account and a brief description of the issue. Subscription billing and refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's policies.

Privacy and data requests

To ask about how PicMe handles your data, or to submit an access, correction, or deletion request, email support@getpicme.app. For account deletion steps, see our Data Deletion Instructions. Include enough detail for us to locate your account or request, and we will respond in line with our Privacy Policy.

Guest uploads and invite links

To add photos as a guest, open the full invite link you received — it includes a unique code after /join/. Guest upload pages are served at join.getpicme.app.

If a link does not open, uploads fail, or you see an error, ask the album host to resend the invite. If the problem continues, email support@getpicme.app with the invite link (if available) and what you were trying to do.

Content reports and abuse

Guests: On a guest upload page (join.getpicme.app), use Report abuse at the bottom of the page to flag inappropriate content or album-level concerns.

Album owners (iOS app): Report a photo from the album, or open Album Settings → Reported content to review guest reports. Owners can dismiss a report or hide reported media from the album. Content is not removed automatically just because a report is submitted.

Reports are generally reviewed by the album owner for that album. PicMe does not guarantee immediate staff review or automatic moderation. For abuse, privacy, or safety escalations, email support@getpicme.app with the invite link (if available), album name, and a short description of the issue.
