Agreement

These draft Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PicMe, including our website, mobile app, shared albums, guest upload links, and related features. By using PicMe, you agree to these Terms. This document is for internal review and will be updated before public launch.

The service

PicMe enables users to create shared photo albums, invite guests to upload photos via link, manage account access, purchase subscriptions, and use storage within plan limits. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law and have authority to accept these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant PicMe a limited license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service (for example, generating display formats and delivering albums to invited viewers or guests). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload content and that your content complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Guest uploads

Album hosts may share invite links that allow guests to upload photos without a PicMe account. Hosts control link distribution and album settings. Guests should only upload content they have the right to share. Hosts are responsible for how they use guest upload links and for content submitted through their albums.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass security, quotas, upload restrictions, or access controls.
• Use the service to spam, scrape, or interfere with normal operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke guest links in response to reports, policy violations, or legal requirements.

Subscriptions and storage

Paid features, billing, and renewals are handled through platform providers such as Apple. Storage and upload limits depend on your plan. If you exceed limits or cancel a subscription, certain features or uploads may be restricted until usage is within plan bounds.

Disclaimers and liability

PicMe is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicMe and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
