Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PicMe, including our iOS app, website, shared photo albums, guest upload links, and related features. By using PicMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PicMe lets you create and share photo albums and collect photos from guests through invite links. PicMe currently supports photo uploads. Video uploads are not available at this time. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload. You must have permission to share any photos you upload, including photos of other people where required by law.

You agree not to upload content that is:

  • Illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful.
  • Intimate or private without the consent of the people shown.
  • Infringing on someone else's rights.
  • Otherwise objectionable or inappropriate for a shared album context.

Shared albums and guest uploads

Album owners control invite links and album settings. Guests should only upload content they have the right to share. Album owners are responsible for how they distribute invite links and for content submitted through their albums, subject to our policies and applicable law.

Reporting, moderation, and upload restrictions

Users and guests must not upload illegal, abusive, harassing, spammy, or otherwise harmful content. Album owners are responsible for managing the albums they create, including how they share invite links and how they handle content submitted to those albums.

Guests may report abuse from the guest upload page. Album owners may report media in the PicMe iOS app and review guest reports from Album Settings. Album owners may dismiss reports or hide reported media from normal album access. Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate review, automatic removal, or action by PicMe staff.

PicMe may restrict uploads, revoke or deactivate invite links, block uploaders, apply rate limits, or otherwise limit access to content when needed to protect users or the service, including in response to abuse reports or policy violations.

Removing content from an album through owner moderation (soft-removal) is separate from formal account or data deletion. See our Data Deletion Instructions and support@getpicme.app for privacy or deletion requests.

Enforcement

We may remove or limit access to content, suspend accounts, revoke invite links, or restrict uploads if we believe there is abuse, a policy violation, or a legal requirement. Users may report concerns through in-app or guest-web reporting where available, or by contacting support@getpicme.app for abuse, privacy, or safety escalations.

Disclaimer

PicMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we continue to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Subscriptions

Paid features purchased through the App Store are handled by Apple where applicable, subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
